Big Bus Survey
I know from people contacting me that too often people in our constituency are let down by late, cancelled or non-existent services. Bad bus services impact people’s ability to get to work, school, appointments and see loved ones.
I want to hear from you, so I can raise your issues with the bus companies, the North East Mayor, and of course in Parliament.

Many of you have already completed the survey or been in touch with me directly with enquiries relating to transport. Here’s what I have done so far:

- Written and received response from North East Mayor
- Written and received response from Local Transport Minster
- Addressed specific bus related casework to support individuals
What’s Next?
- Continue gathering and analysing survey responses
- Drop-ins in problem areas
- Meet North East Mayor to discuss plans in person
- Continue dialogue with bus companies
This survey and these actions really are just the start. I will continue pushing locally and in Parliament to ensure the voice of people in Cramlington and Killingworth constituency is heard, and transport providers are held to account.
