Leaseholds
Leasehold is an acute problem in our constituency. Too many residents are trapped in short leases with unaffordable buy-outs, eye-watering extension costs and mortgage lenders unwilling to lend.
I want to hear from you so I can take action on this issue and support the Government in it’s steps towards putting this right.
